By accessing and using this website or our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
- The original receipt must be presented at the time of delivery of processed articles.
- If the original receipt or invoice is not presented at the time of delivery, the articles will be handed over only to the owner after proper verification of identity.
- If the original receipt or invoice is not presented at the time of delivery, we shall not be held responsible for any loss or misplacement of articles after delivery through identity verification.
- Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery. Any damage, loss, or quality issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Complaints received after 48 hours will not be entertained.
- Express or urgent delivery services will be charged 50% extra over the regular tariff. Charges may vary on a case-to-case basis and will be communicated at the store.
- Additional charges may apply for special stain removal or best-effort treatment of difficult stains or marks.
- We are not responsible for colour fastness, colour bleeding, colour fading, shrinkage, or any damage to embellishments, embroidery, prints, or decorative elements that may occur during the normal course of processing.
- We are not responsible for stains such as ink marks, sticker residues, oil marks, rust stains, or damage to embellishments, embroidery, or delicate/fine garments during processing.
- This is a Wear & Tear Policy. Garments with pre-existing stains, marks, weak fabric, stitching issues, or defects are accepted at the customer’s risk. No claims or liability shall be accepted for any resulting damage.
- ‘No Fault No Claim’ policy: If articles are accepted at customer’s risk, we shall not be held responsible for any damage or discoloration occurring during processing.
- We do not accept liability for any items not collected within 3 (three) weeks from the scheduled delivery date.
- We shall not be responsible for any ornaments, jewellery, buttons, or detachable fittings on garments that may get damaged or lost during processing.
- We shall not be responsible for damages such as cuts, holes, stretches, seam damage, or stains that become visible during washing due to defective manufacturing, prior damage, wear & tear, or environmental exposure.
- No discount will be applicable once the bill has been generated or garments have been processed.
- Two or more discounts/offers cannot be combined in a single bill.
- We will make every effort to ensure timely pickup and delivery. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events may occur, and in such cases, no compensation, refund, or reduction in charges shall be applicable.
- While we take reasonable care, we shall not be held responsible for loss of valuables such as cash, jewellery, or other items left in garments.
- We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, burglary, theft, or other events beyond our control at any of our stores, franchises, or partner locations.
- In case of any loss or damage to an article during processing (excluding conditions mentioned above), compensation shall be limited to 10 times the value of the processing charge or INR 3000 (in the form of service voucher), whichever is lower.
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
- We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
